Foseco India Board to consider third interim dividend

Foseco India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 22, 2007, inter alia, to consider unaudited results for the third quarter ending September 30, 2007 and also to consider and if thought fit, to declare third interim dividend for the year 2007.
