Mr. Sutheja K. J Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Ovobel Foods Ltd has tendered his resignation from the Company w.e.f. September 10, 2016. The same has been confirmed and took note by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on October 14, 2016.

Further, the Company has appointed Mr. Sudhir Kulkarni, Chief Financial Officer of the Company as the Compliance Officer of the Company to act as the signatory till the appointment of another Company Secretary.
