Shivam Chemicals Ltd approves investment in subsidiary

The Board of Directors of Shivam Chemicals Ltd, has approved Related Party Transaction for investment in Wholly-owned subsidiary Company i.e. Shivam Chemicals and Minerals Private Limited.

The board also approved investment upto Rs. 5.62 Crore in the Wholly owned subsidiary Company i.e. Shivam Chemical & Minerals Private Limited by way of subscribing of Equity Shares in Right Issue.

Shares of Shivam Chemicals Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 50.42 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 49.26. The total number of shares traded during the day was 63000 in over 19 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 51.25 and intraday low of 49.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3162750.00.
