Repco Home Finance Ltd approves allotment of 2310 Equity Shares pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options

The Securities Allotment Committee of Repco Home Finance Ltd at its meeting on October 05, 2016 has allotted 2,310 Equity Shares of the face value of Re. 10 each, to the eligible employees under Repco Home Finance Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme, upon exercise of 2,310 options at an exercise price of Rs. 75 per Option / Share (Premium of Rs.65 per Share).

Subsequent to the allotment of Equity shares as above, the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company is Rs. 62,55,47,170 representing 6,25,54,717 Equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
