Victoria Enterprises Board recommends final dividend

Victoria Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 25, 2007, inter alia, has approved a final dividend @ 5% (subject to approval of the members) on the equity shares of the Company.

The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 22, 2007 to September 29, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 29, 2007 & also for the purpose of payment of final dividend.
