Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd (GE Shipping) took delivery of a 2000 built Suezmax tanker. The 147,092 dwt double hull vessel now named 'Jag Lateef' was contracted by the Company in July 2007.
With the addition of 'Jag Lateef', the Company's fleet has increased to 47 vessels (14 crude oil carriers, 19 product carriers, 2 LPG carriers and 12 drybulk carriers) with an average age of 12.0 years aggregating 3.36 mn dwt.
The Company's current new building order book comprises 5 product tankers (1 Medium Range and 4 LR1 product tankers) aggregating 0.33 mn dwt."
