JSW Steel Ltd completes acquisition of balance 74% equity stake in JSW Praxair Oxygen Private LimitedJSW Steel Ltd has completed the acquisition of the entire shareholding of Praxair India Private Limited (74%) in JSW Praxair Oxygen Private Limited ["JPOPL"], for a cash consideration of Rs. 240 crores.

Post the aforesaid acquisition, JPOPL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

Shares of JSW STEEL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1779.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1771.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 49379 in over 2801 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1791.95 and intraday low of 1771.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 87947526.
