Western India Shipyard Updates on share transfer

Western India Shipyard Ltd has announced that the Company has received the share transfer deeds for the transfer of 35,00,000 equity shares from Reliance Capital Ltd in physical form to Shri. Suresh K Jajoo and Smt. Vimal S Jajoo, of Mumbai. After registration of transfers, the shares will constitute 4.93% of the Issued and Paid Up share Capital of the Company of Rs 108.54 crore.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.20.75, up by Rs.0.95 or 4.80%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.20.75 and low of Rs.20.75. The total traded quantity was 82860 compared to 2 week average of 350996.
