Indiabulls Financial equity shareholders approve Scheme of Arrangement

Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd has announced that as per the directions of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi, a court convened meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company was held on September 17, 2007 to consider the proposed Scheme of Arrangement between Indiabulls Credit Services Ltd, Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd and Indiabulls Securities Ltd and their respective shareholders and creditors as per notice dated August 13, 2007. The said Scheme of Arrangement has been unanimously approved by the Equity shareholders of the Company, and is now subject to the final approval of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi.
