Aban Offshore receives order from ONGC

Aban Offshore Ltd has announced that the Company has received letters of Firm Order from ONGC for deployment of 3 rigs Aban III, Aban IV and Aban V, for a period of 3 years each, following completion of their existing contracts with ONGC.

The operating Day Rate for each of these 3 fresh contracts is USD 156,600/- and the total value of the 3 contracts is approximately Rs 2000 crores.

The Stock was trading at Rs.3110, up by Rs.76.10 or 2.51%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.3145 and low of Rs.3060. The total traded quantity was 36602 compared to 2 week average of 29341.
