Tata Investment Updates on Open Offer Details

With reference to the earlier announcement dated September 14, 2007, Tata Investment Corporation Ltd has announced that the figure of additional Equity Shares which Tata Sons would acquire should be read as "28.39%" of the total paid-up capital of the Company (and not "29.29%" as mentioned earlier).
