Adlabs Films Board recommends 50% dividend

Adlabs Films Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 13, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend of 50% (Rs 2.50 per share) for the fifteen month period ended June 30, 2007, subject to approval by Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
