Compact Disc clarifies on details about Motion Pixel Corporation

With reference to earlier announcement dated May 23, 2007, Compact Disc India Ltd has clarified that Motion Pixel Corporation (MPC) is a media entity of Latin American Futbol Corporation, a Company focussing on football since its incorporation in the State of Florida, USA in 2000. MPC is not a subsidiary of Canyon Entertainment, Los Angeles.

The name of the animation film on Ronaldo has also been changed tentatively to SOCCER. The financial parameters of the project will remain unchanged.

The stock was trading at Rs.76.55, up by Rs.3.60 or 4.93%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.76.55 and low of Rs.76.55. The total traded quantity was 37671 compared to 2 week average of 101119.
