Orbit Exports fixes Book Closure for Right Issue of Equity Shares & AGM

Orbit Exports Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed on September 20, 2007 for the purpose of Rights entitlement (1 share for every 1 shares held 1:1) at a price of Rs 10/- per share (i.e. at a face value of Rs 10/- per share) & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 28, 2007.
