SGN Telecoms Board approves right issue

SGN Telecoms Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 06, 2007, has taken the following decisions:

1. Convening of AGM on September 29, 2007.

2. Increase in Authorise Capital from Rs 10 crore to Rs 28 crores.

3. To offer three equity shares for every one share held on right issue basis.
