Vipul Dye Board recommends Rs.0.60 dividend

Vipul Dye Chem Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 03, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 6% on equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the shareholders of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007, subject to the approval of shareholders in their Annual General Meeting of the Company.
