Bank of India raises Rs. 500 crores through Basel-III Compliant Additional Tier I Bonds - Series III

Bank of India has raised Rs. 500 Crore by issue of Basel-Ill compliant Additional Tier 1 Bonds (Series-Ill). The Bonds have been rated as AA (-) by Brickwork and A+ by CRISIL and bear coupon rate of 11.50% p.a.

Shares of BANK OF INDIA was last trading in BSE at Rs.94.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 96.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1529234 in over 8414 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 95.45 and intraday low of 89.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 141214879.
