The Board of Directors of Gujarat Lease Financing Ltd at its meeting held on June 23, 2016 decided to surrender voluntarily Certificate of Registration (CoR) No. B - 01-00503 as Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) of Category B (i.e. Non Deposit taking NBFC) of the Company to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as the Company has discontinued its NBFC's business since long.
