Genus Overseas Board recommends 15% final dividend

Genus Overseas Electronics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 22, 2007, inter alia, has decided to proposed the Final Dividend @ 15% for the year 2006-2007.

The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 25, 2007 to September 29, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of final dividend & 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 29, 2007.

The stock was trading at Rs.533, down by Rs.1.50 or 0.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.559.90 and low of Rs.530.95. The total traded quantity was 40144 compared to 2 week average of 59959.
