Parsvnath offers its first commercial project in Hyderabad

Parsvnath Developers Ltd has announced that on September 06, 2007, the Company has performed the Bhoomipujan Ceremony for Parsvnath 5-Star Hotel, Shopping & Office Complex on JNTU Hitech City road, Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh).

This Integrated development of Parsvnath Shopping and Office Complex will have a total saleable area of 3 lacs square feet and the 5-Star Hotel will be spread over an area of 1.75 lac square feet.

The world-class luxury hotel will offer 186 rooms, fringed with a state-of-the-art business centre and other modern amenities required for dusking business deals, exquisite Interiors with multiple restaurants, bar & leisure facility. The decor & ambiance would revolve around the phenomena of "Enlightened Stay" where the new age traveler would feel delighted & at ease.

The state-of-art project would match any internationally acclaimed Shopping cum Office Complex in terms of features and amenities - a world-class construction format, landscaping, high-speed advanced lifts, escalators, huge parking facility, fire monitoring and control mechanism, CCTV surveillance, etc. The mall would have the presence of the premium leading brands to suit the growing needs of the potential customers, elaborate food-courts, acclaimed restaurants / food chains, etc. The Company is already in talks with these brands to showcase their offerings.

In addition to this project, the Company have already received Central Government's approval for setting up a Bio-technology and Pharma Special Economic Zone (SEZ) over 25 acres in Hyderabad.

The project will be completed within three years from the date of commencement of construction.

The stock was trading at Rs.312.40, down by Rs.3.95 or 1.25%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.317.70 and low of Rs.310. The total traded quantity was 152371 compared to 2 week average of 389458.
