Star Ferro and Cement Ltd announces change of Name of the Company's subsidiary

The name of Star Ferro and Cement Ltd's subsidiary 'Cement Manufacturing Company Limited' has been changed to 'Star Cement Limited' with effect from June 21, 2016 as per Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name received from the Registrar of Companies, Meghalaya.

Shares of Star Ferro and Cement Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.110.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 107.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1545 in over 12 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 110.85 and intraday low of 109. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 168848.
