Godrej Properties Ltd approves 118902 stock grants

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Godrej Properties Ltd on June 15, 2016, have granted 1,18,902 stock grants to the Eligible Employees under the Godrej Properties Limited Employee Stock Grant Scheme, 2011 (GPL ESGS).

The committee also noted lapse of 3,109 stock options under Godrej Properties Limited Employee Stock Grant Scheme, 2011 (GPL ESGS) on account of resignation of an employee.

Shares of Godrej Properties Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.334.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 325.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 69536 in over 2046 trades.
