TeamLease Services Ltd to form wholly owned subsidiary

The Board of Directors of TeamLease Services Ltd at its meeting held on June 13, 2016, has approved the proposal to incorporate a Wholly Owned Subsidiary by such name as may be made available by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.

The Board also approved the proposal to appoint M/s. Grant Thornton India LLP as internal auditors of the Company for the financial year ended March 31,2017 in place of M/s. Dias and Associates.
