Pursuant to approval given by Board of Director of Maestros Electronics & Telecommunications Systems Ltd at the Board Meeting held on June 08, 2016 it has been approved to convert 3,40,000 (Three Lakh Forty Thousand only) Equity Warrants and allot 3,40,000 (Three Lakh Forty Thousand only) Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 27 per share/per warrant to Mr. B. K. Tendulkar (Equity Warrant Holder).
