IDFC LIMITED grants 674000 Stock Options under ESOS

Pursuant to IDFC Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007 (ESOS), IDFC Ltd has granted to its employees/Director 6,74,000 options equivalent to 6,74,000 equity shares at a price of Rs. 43.40 per equity share. These options shall vest over a maximum period of 5 years and shall be exercisable within a period of 4 years from the date of vesting.
