Majesco Ltd allots 92555 Equity Shares under ESOP Scheme

At a meeting of Investor Grievances and Stakeholder Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors of Majesco Ltd, held on May 18, 2016 has allotted 92555 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each (Face Value) to the eligible employees who exercised their vested options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes (ESOP). The said equity shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company.

Resultantly, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to 23,144,956 Equity Shares amounting in aggregate to Rs. 115,724,780/-.
