Onward Technologies Ltd appoints Jigar Mehta as MD

The Board of Directors of Onward Technologies Ltd at its meeting held on May 16, 2016, have approved and taken on record the re-appointment of Mr. Harish Mehta as Chairman and Whole-time Director (Executive Chairman) of the Company.

The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Jigar Mehta as Managing Director of the Company and the appointment of Mr. Monik Damania as Company Secretary of the Company.

Further appointment of Mr. Jigar Mehta and Mr. Harish Mehta shall be subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of ONWARD TECHNOLOGIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.72 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 68.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6060 in over 43 trades.
