CIL Nova Petrochemicals Ltd calls for Board Meeting on May 23, 2016 to consider Rights Issue

A meeting of the Board of Directors of CIL Nova Petrochemicals Ltd will be held on May 23, 2016, to consider and appoint Mr. Chintan Nareshkumar Amlani as Company Secretary (KMP) and Compliance officer of the Company.

The Board will consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the 4th Quarter (Q4) and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2016.

The Board will consider the proposal regarding Issue of Equity Shares by way of Rights Issue and things incidental thereto.
