Eveready Industries India Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Eveready Industries India Ltd at its meeting held on May 06, 2016, has recommended a Final Dividend of Re. 1/- per fully paid up equity share of Rs. 5/- each, for the year ended March 31, 2016, in addition to an Interim Dividend of Re. 1/- per share declared and paid during the financial year 2015-2016.
