IP Rings Ltd Board approves Rights Issue

The Board of Directors of IP Rings Ltd at its meeting held on May 05, 2016, have in principle agreed to issue of Equity Shares on Rights Basis (Rights Offer) to the existing Shareholders.

The Board had constituted a Sub-Committee to decide upon the time for Rights Offer, Quantum of Offer, Pricing, Book Closure and other formalities.

Shares of IP RINGS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.127 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 128.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4699 in over 56 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 133.2 and intraday low of 125. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 596956.
