Alfa Transformers Board Meeting approves issue of shares to Galaxy Medicare Ltd

Alfa Transformers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 23, 2006, has allotted 2,30,000 equity shares of the Company in favour of Galaxy Medicare Ltd for a consideration other than cash.
