Uflex Ltd delists GDRs from Luxembourg Stock Exchange

Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas has exited from the Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) programme of Uflex Ltd, subsequent to which all the GDRs have been converted into Equity Shares. These Equity Shares are already listed with BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

Consequent to the above, the GDRs have been delisted from the Luxembourg Stock Exchange w.e.f. May 02, 2016.

Shares of UFLEX LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.176.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 176.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21856 in over 616 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 179.75 and intraday low of 175.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3891340.
