Federal-Mogul to fix Rights Issue price, ratio

Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 27, 2007, to finalise the following issues:

1. To fix the issue price of the Rights Issue.

2. To fix the ratio in which the equity share will be allotted to the existing shareholders on rights basis.

3. To fix the final size of the proposed Right Issue.
