Anik Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 01, 2007, to consider the following:

1. Approve the Annual Accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Fix day, time and place of the Annual General Meeting.

3. Recommend Dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.
