Pioneer Embroideries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 30, 2007, inter alia, to Consider the following:

1. Approval of draft Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommendation of Dividend for the year 2006- 2007.

3. To Consider purchase of yarn unit.

4. To Invest the fund of the Company.

5. To appoint Mr. Raj Kumar Sekhani as Managing Director of the Company.
