Sri Adhikari Brothers Board to consider consolidation of shares

Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To consider the proposal for consolidation of nominal face value of Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each into such denomination as the Board may decide; subject to such other approvals, as may be required.

2. To fix the date of the Annual General Meeting for the year ended March 31, 2007.
