Rathi Udyog Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 31, 2007, inter alia, to consider / adopt the following:

1. The audited financial results for year ended March 31, 2007.

2. The dividend.

3. Fixing date, time and place of Annual General Meeting.

4. To fix the Book Closure dates.
