Vipul Board to consider matters relating to stock split

Vipul Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following businesses:

1. To consider the matter relating to the split of Equity Share of the Company.

2. To consider an amalgamation of various subsidiaries Companies with the Company by way of a Scheme of Arrangement pursuant to section 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 and other applicable laws and also to discuss the statutory formalities to be facilitated in this regard.

3. To consider and decide the date of book closure.

4. To call the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company.
