Parenteral Drugs Board to consider Dividend & Bonus Issue

Parenteral Drugs India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 03, 2007, inter alia, to consider approval of audited annual accounts of the Company as on March 31, 2007 along with recommendation of dividend on equity shares and issue of bonus shares on equity shares of the Company.
