Rollatainers to change management as per BIFR scheme

Rollatainers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 23, 2007, has considered the change of Management as provided in the rehabilitation scheme sanctioned by BIFR at its meeting held on May 15, 2007.

New Directors names Mr. Vinod Kumar Uppal, Mr. Chandra Prakash Nagpal, Ashish Pandit and Mr. Katessary Thomas James have been appointed as additional directors of the Company with effect from August 23, 2007.

Further existing promoter directors namely Mr. Narender Nath Bhargava, Mr. Vinod Kumar Bhargava and Mrs. Anita Bhargava has resigned from the Board of the Directors of the Company at the above mentioned meeting. As such the above new directors are the current directors of the Company as of now.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.15, up by Rs.0.05 or 0.33%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.15.65 and low of Rs.14.35. The total traded quantity was 12350 compared to 2 week average of 14944.
