Responsive Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To recommend dividend, if any.

2. To finalize date, time & place for the Annual General Meeting of the Company.

3. To discuss & approve the Draft Notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
