i-flex Solutions increases equity stake in i-flex solutions SA, Greece

i-flex Solutions Ltd has announced that i-flex solutions SA, Greece was incorporated in May, 2007 with an investment of 35% in its equity share capital by i-flex solutions BV, Netherlands, a subsidiary of the Company. i-flex solutions BV has now acquired additional equity shares of i-flex solutions SA and it now owns 90% of the share capital of i-flex solutions SA. Accordingly i-flex solutions SA has become a step down subsidiary of the Company.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.1865, up by Rs.23.60 or 1.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1899 and low of Rs.1820. The total traded quantity was 8480 compared to 2 week average of 10182.
