Panoramic Universal Board to consider Rights Issue & final dividend

Panoramic Universal Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 30, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider and approve the audited financial accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend final dividend on equity shares of the Company.

3. To consider to raise funds not exceeding Rs 65 crores through the issue of equity shares on Rights Basis.

3. To consider to raise funds not exceeding Rs 50 crores by issue of non convertible preference shares to promoter group on private placement basis.

5. To consider issue of equity shares through qualified institutional placement.

6. To consider raise funds through ADR / GDR / FCCB / FCD / PCD / NCD or any other financial instruments.
