Polar Industries CDR approved

Polar Industries Ltd has announced that the Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) Cell has by way of its letter dated August 22, 2007, informed the Company that the CDR Empowered Group has at its meeting held on July 30, 2007 approved Company's offer of Rs 32.00 core for One Time Settlement of Company outstanding debts of Rs 90.57 crore.
