NR Agarwal Industries Board recommends 15% dividend

NR Agarwal Industries has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 23, 2007, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Recommendation for declaration of dividend of 15%. (Rs 1.50 per equity Shares)

2. Annual General Meeting of the Company will be convened on September 29, 2007.
