ORG Informatics to acquire Belgacom's Satellite Based Business

ORG Informatics Ltd has announced that Company has just signed an agreement with M/s. Belgacom NV/SA to acquire "Belgacom's Satellite Based Business".

This acquisition will be involving all the Customer Contacts and Assets including fixed assets pertaining to aforesaid Satellite Business of the Belgacom NV/SA.
