Jupiter Bioscience Board to consider dividend

Jupiter Bioscience Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 31, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:

1. To consider Audited Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To approve the Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company alongwith the Directors Report.

3. To consider declaration of Dividend.

4. To decide the Book Closure days and dates.
