Mirza International receives closure notice from UPPCB

Mirza International Ltd has announced that the Company has received a closure notice from Uttar Pradesh Pollution control Board (UPPCB) for its Tannery Division (Unit) at Magarwara. Unnao after the Company's reply has not been found satisfactory by the UPPCB in the matter of management of hazardous waste.

However, the operation of the Company at all other units / locations will remain unaffected and the Company is hopeful of resolving the matter in couple of days.

The stock closed the day at Rs.21.75, down by Rs.0.15 or 0.68%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.23 and low of Rs.21.75. The total traded quantity was 22033 compared to 2 week average of 21538.
