Spanco Telesystems and Solutions Board to consider final dividend

Spanco Telesystems & Solutions Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 31, 2007, inter alia, to consider, adoption of Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007 and recommendation of payment of Final Dividend, if any, on Equity shares for the year 2006-2007.
