Forbes Gokak Board recommends 35% dividend

Forbes Gokak Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 21, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 35% (Previous year 50%) for consideration of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 28, 2007.
